Penn Square Oklahoma bank went bankrupted in 1982 for bad oil loan. Why not citi for bad mortgage?
According to its statement, consumer credit, home credit line were deteriating quickly. Only thing shining is the international business and asset mgr for rich people. Now income from international and from wealthy people will deteriate soon as recession occuring in US. Net, Citi facing bigger trouble on the road.
