If the prices of the sfh, condon are down and hard to sell or buy, it is time to consider othe types of properties like land, apt building, retail etc. It is important to find the right property for you to invest in. There are always good deals out there. You need to spend more time to do the research. I just bought a 15000 sq ft store with 4000 NNN per month for the next 5 yr and the asking price was 425k and get it done for 370k.If it is not a down market, I could not slished the price down that much. Good luck everyone who wants to invest in RE.
