NY州万人小镇主街上, 地1.5 ac,1层retail building 14000 sg ft, 现租给national dollar store for 4000/mo, NNN, (RE tax, insurance, snow removel, lawn care fees reimbursed). Leased since 2003, already agreed to renew for another 5 yr beginning Aug, 2008 to 2013 (agent provided the renewel letter from the main office of the dollar store), with another two 5yr renewal options. Asking for 425k, about 11% cap.已和agent通过电话, 准备下周去考察一下. 各位看看这个项目如何? 有什么要注意的吗 ?
