不过现在租房子手上有现金的，明年可以考虑提高自己的生活水平了。

你不要太贪太狠心一定要买到最底部，价格差不多就行了。

如果你每月交的租比同样质量房子的贷款还要高，那还租个屁！再租下去就是大傻瓜一个！

买房子主要还是给自己住的。
