Once I used one from chosing the cheapest in 12 companies in the yellowbook to fix my water pipe burst, They charged me $1300 for just less than 2 hours work. And only 1 guy was working and the other guy standing there watching, learning and helping handing tools.

Then I knew the Chinese guy who could fix the problem for just $200.
