Oil sand projects may be delayed or slowed down, but there are still ground wells and natural gas.

In the small town where I have rentals, I have been experiencing high vacancies because everybody went to the oil sands. There are lots of jobs but with no labor to fill them. The oil sand slowdown may forece some workers to go home and actually help my rental.

AB always go with the oil cycle. I remember it was really bad in 1995, then they had this big boom.
