Flow-down option

I am not sure which bank you have mortgage with, most lenders do give you a flow-down option, it means when the mortage rate is lower, you can get the lower rate before you close. Call your bank or read the fine print if you have this option, if not, I am sorry, you are out of luck. The only thing you can do is to close it, and refinance it later.
