前两天跟一个老美贷款经纪聊天，他说上次弯曲房地产触底后反弹

特别强烈。好比从50万直接跳到60万，中间没有过渡。原来2002（？）年感恩节圣诞节还特别不好的房市，转年年初就跳高上扬，造成大多数估价报告做不到成交价。他所谓就好像上帝按了一下开关，立马大家一窝蜂地冲进房市。有谁经历过那次的给说说是不是这么回事？
