thinking of buying a house ， 米大等高手

I am looking for a house close to a University for quite a long time. The property showed up and ask for $135,000 for 1900 sq ft, （估价是20万以上） 不是 REO, 是regular sale. 房主据说是一个老widow， 从查出来的 记录只有出租的. 全部都检查过， 屋顶，结构，termite. 没有什么大问题。

这个 价钱在现在好像真的很不错，怀疑会不会有什么问题？ 对了， 我不是曹操的后代，就是 有点怀疑？ 我还有什么 可以 查的呢 ？_(a)
