过户费高了些,$6000.

装修花了$5000.

月租$1500

现在欠银行$56000. 每月的PITI $670, 现金流$830.

若把我装修和DOWNPAYMENT算上,每月成本再加$180, 现金流$650.

下星期要过户的这块地,买价$51000. 反手就能赚上个三五万.

本来只是交流经验.有人楞是觉得我是在呼悠.
