What's your margin? what's your 1st year reset CAP?

The 1 yr LIBOR index is 3.51% now, 3.89% one month ago. So if Margin is 2.25%, the reset rate should be around 5.75% to 6.125%.

If you old rate >= 4.125%, you will get the rates around 6%
