bought ncc at 2.81 before market open

it is the 7th biggest bank. I guess bankrupt probability is greatly reduced now that all bank deposit for non interest bearing account are insured by FDIC. Also we have direct investment from gov with only 5% coupon, much better than Buffett's 10%.

According to yahoo, ncc's p/b = 0.1*, very depressed valuation.
