政府原计划用$50b，三年时间拯救房市。结果花了$450b，六年时间（至1995）才稳住市场（见底）。1989年全美的房贷总值为$2t。

今天的房贷总值为$13t，而真正困扰银行的房贷衍生资产为$20t。拯救房市可能需要$4t，而且可能需要六年以上时间。

我们1989年买的第一个房子，是过来人。
