My lawyer said I can put his stuff in my garage then Auction them after 18 days. I don't think tenant have any valuable stuff but garbage.I am afraid they 赖me afterward. How about I take some pictures for proof what they left?

因为不在当地, 我明天才能去, 我会安排明天换锁. 换锁费用也可以从deposit 出吗? 还有一定要别人打扫卫生吧,这样才有收据.
