与房客斗智--我又赢了

房客到昨天为止,还没交8月份的房租.上月倒是开了一张支票,但银行没有钱.

我没有把支票直接存银行,而是到他的银行去提现.前几次没有钱.

明天就要上法庭.我考虑他有可能存些钱,好开给新房东押金.于是昨天又到他的银行碰了一次运气.这次有钱.于是就把8月份的支票提现了.

然后告诉他提现的事情.

于是,今天把9月的房租一块交了.外加罚款和法庭费.

还信誓言旦旦.下月一定按时交房租.

法庭也不用去了. 但下次晚五天,马上告他,让他无可乘之机.

哈哈哈哈.
