买房贷款问题请教

夫妻买房，title上两个人的名字都有，夫妻俩人有银行的joint account,但是老公一个人贷款。

老婆也需要对该贷款负责吗？老婆的信用记录上会有房屋贷款的记录吗？

请知情的大虾说说看，非常感谢！
