我的房子在dallas 附近，能否介绍给我呢? It is OK that I pay 7% for management fee each month. But the problem is I have to pay different repair expenses for a prety new house. I cann't manage by myself since i am in LA area. Also I did not meet my agen except phone calls.

I fixed all the problems in May 2007 when I purchased. I spend over $1200 to fix everthing at the end of last year after my agen 赶走不交租金的租客。
