It is the first time that we are involve in the Gas Station, and the Cap is 10% and can't believe it, one thing that we concern is 24Hr opening for Fast Food and Minimart so there is no room to improve them at all, another thing is We heard that Electricity Cost for Gas Station is very expensive, and this one is only 4000/Month. Could you give us more details need to be known before we go to offer, just don't want to waste time if it is obvious not a good deal
