My offer for another house was rejected-- AGAIN

I found a five bedroom three full bath single family house in Herndon listed for $219900. I submitted an offer of $220K almost immediately. Today, the listing agent emailed my agent imforming us that our offer was rejected as the bank selected another offer.

Right now, the investors are very active in Herndon and Manassas area and every offer I put there was rejected till now.
