So Frustrated in Searching for a property

I put one over the listing price offer on one single family house, never hear from the bank, and the listing agent refused to tell if mine is the highest offer or not.

I checked out one single family house yesterday, and two townhouses today. When I was ready to submit the offer, my agent called the listing agent of the two townhouses. For the one I liked, the bank had already accepted the offer, for the other one I wanted to lowball, there was one offer better than the listing price.

Then I submitted one other offer for the single family house today.

The good foreclosed properties are moving quickly now in NOVA.
