The best way to do is:

1) Have your friend come here, open a bank account in the US first

2) Let your fiend send the money gradually to the account he opened in the US

3) He or she still need to prove the income is legal

4) I believe if his or her income is legal, theye will be no problem to move the money around.

5) If the monay is illegal, I am sure he or she will not ask you for help, they have their hidend way to send the money here.
