That was the first time I wanted to buy a house. He showed me a three or four houses and all of them were much higher than the general market. I felt strange so fired him.

Then I heard from a friend that his strategy was to show you all of very much over priced properties, then one of his own property (not only his listing, but his OWN), but also over priced. This way you most likely would buy his property. What a gentleman.
