it is just window dressing. the bill is not going

to save big things. It is better than nothing at most. Even the gov. print 1 trillion to buy all hard-sell houses on the market, it is not going to help either since there will be little buyers. You can choose not to sell, people can choose not to buy.

Just like the fact which faces many banks, the problem is not a liquility issue, it is a solvency issue. So is the housing market. it is not the issue that we have too many houses on the market. it is the issue we have too few motivated buyers.
