第二次买房,以前买的Townhouse准备租出去.目前手里钱可以在附近最好的一个学区买一小破房1500SF,大概是该好区最便宜的房子了. 或者是在第二好的学区买一个2000sf左右,地大两层带游泳池的房子.请指教该买哪个好呢?目前还没有小孩.
是买好区的烂房子还是买次好区的好些的房子.
