If the rent is within market price, but at low end

I think more people will come to take a look, and more will have higher interest to rent it. Then as a landload you can select a good tenant from all applicants.

If there is two similar house for rent, one is asking 75 bucks less, will you rent the cheaper one or the more expensive one?
