They are boy friend and girl friend

and only be together for 9 months. They will split the rent. In theory, they rent like roommates. If they break up and one party move out, the other party may only pay half of the rent. If this is the case, what can I do?

I am a new-bie in this renting business. So I try to avoid any trouble in future. I set my rent at a very low end of market price, in order to attract good tenants. I am still hoping to get a better tenant.
