But I live in Midwest now and am afraid that it will be hard to rent out in a so-so neighborhood, because unlike DC area, there are not lots of new immigrants who need rental houses:( While in good neighborhood, REOs are rare and all in very very bad conditions. Sometimes I think it is better off to buy a regular house (not foreclosure) and if I can get the price low enough, I may still cash flow??...
