HELOC被迫关掉/还钱

大家有没有碰到过HELOC被迫关掉，要求在一个月之内一次还清 这种事？

银行的理由是， 我没有在拉HELOC 的房子上以primary residence 的 形式住满一年 就搬去了新买的第二栋房子。 拉HELOC 的房子我现在是出租掉了。

我准备去找银行谈， 请问大家帮我看看 1。 我有该注意的地方。 2。 除了还钱之外，我还有没有其他选择。 3。 万一一月之后我凑不出钱来还， 银行会怎么办？HELOC 不是第一个loan. 我还有一个loan在此之前。
