New Trend - High rise condominiums in downtown areas

无意中发现，SJ downtown 出现了几栋 highrise condo for sale. 绕了几圈，我走进了SJ 88. 和sales交谈后，得知有4栋900个unit在卖。看了样板房，实在是不喜欢，开价从400K起，2房在650K。月费从500-600.Penthouse 1.5M.

大概是汽油涨价，查了下网，发现各地都在造这种房子。趋势是将房子建在工作，商业地点附近，这样9不用开车了。

不过，SJ downtown 远不如扭腰。除了饭店，周围工作并不比其他地区多。而且房子多数只2房，用的材料也很一般，风景94其他矮房房顶，当然远处有些山。连高速network (fiber optics)都没有。加上SJ downtown绿化实在很差，真不知什么人会来买。

这栋88下月完工，问sales卖了几个，回答，"none."
