2)Maximum of 4 properties per SSN for the guildeline of Freddie Mac after August 1st.. Fannie Mae still allows 10 properties so far.
3)Seasoning of 6 months for refi properties under LLC.
4)At least 20% down payment for most lenders.
5)Some lenders allow Debt to Income Ratio up to 40%.
