圣诞节小甜点(Christmas Press Cookies)

Ingredients:
2.5 cups all-purpose flour (WhiteLily brand)
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup butter
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Decretive material:
Food color (red and green)
Sparkling sugar (red, green, blue, and yellow)
Hershey’s Cocoa powder

Sift flour. Add sugar, baking soda, and salt into flour. Cream butter. Add egg yolks and extract. Stir into flour mixture.
Divide the cookie dough into four evenly. Color one of dough with red food color, another one with green. Color one of dough with cocoa powder. Leave last dough uncolored.

Attach the desired shape disk. Fill cookie press with one dough. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet close together. Top with the sprinkles of your choice.

Preheat oven to 350 F.Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 F. The tops and bottoms should not be browned.
