松子燕麦cookie

天凉了我们最喜欢下午时分吃茶点，一杯热腾腾的奶茶加上自己烤的Cookie，很写意，很舒服。。

今天做的这个是Chewy Pine Nut oatmeal Raisin Cookie

材料：

1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 cup heavy Cream
1 cup 红糖
1/2 cup 白糖
鸡蛋一只
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 杯全麦粉
1 teaspoon 小苏打
1 teaspoon 桂皮粉
1/2 teaspoon 盐
3 cups 燕麦
1 cup 葡萄干
1 cup 松子

所有材料：



首先把烤箱加热至350度（175摄氏度）。

松子入烤箱烤一烤，大约8分钟，然后冷却、用搅拌机搅成粗粒状。





然后在一个大盆里，把Ghee， heavy cream， 红糖、白糖、Vanilla Extract和鸡蛋搅拌成cream的状态。



然后把全麦粉、小苏打、桂皮粉、盐、燕麦葡萄干、还有一些杂果类什么的都可以下一点。。全部稍微搅拌一下。



把刚刚的干料倒入湿料里拌匀。。然后加入松子。



再拌匀，然后用一个小茶匙掏出拌匀的材料，弄成球状，放到有parchment paper的烤盘上，入预热350度的烤箱，烤12分钟，然后放到cookie架上待凉就可以了。
