one of my favorite things is kind silly; eat left over potato au

cold!
it tastes like salty, cheesy ice cream (don't have a better way to describe it).
i know you make that dish, do you ever do that?
i have to restrict myself, since starch is not that healthful. But the taste/texture of the cold leftover is so different and fun to eat.
