Costco的三文鱼到底能不能生吃？

今天去问有没有sushi grade的，肉部一女士告诉我外面那种新鲜盒装的就可以生吃。她说她常吃，看到我露出怀疑的神色，还说trust me!
我的老外同事都说costco的牛扒质量最好，那我想老外吃牛扒都是吃半生的，是不是说那里买的鱼生也是经过低温冷藏可以生吃的呢？有人能给个准信吗？谢谢
