期盼MM真仔细, 小事要的太招急, Offer怎么还来? 下次谈判换时机.

上周去一家小公司面试, 周一上午老板来电话说要给我offer, 我欣然接受的同时, bargain了一周的vocation,
-- this is OK
又提出我只用半小时吃中饭, 可不可以在公司只呆8个半小时, 老板也在电话里答应了.
-- this is not important to talk at this time, can talk it later.

但下午老板又来电话说,他正在写offer letter, 我不能在公司只呆8个半小时, 必须呆9小时, 我说行. 我过了几分钟又去电话问老板有没有sick day, personal day,他也干脆地给我解答了一下.
-- Al these kind of questions could be asked after start work.
-- it is not worth to risk the offer for these kind of little things. Who knows how that guy will think of you after he hear your questions.
-- You do not have real power to asking too much without a solid offer in hand.

可今天还没有收到书面的Offer, 会不会他们变挂啦?
-- Nobody really know. Just wait.
