I want to note the performance of two of my team members for your

甲项目 team and member of the program. He is extremely
conscientious of his work as well as the needs and actions of those
he supervises. He has a great deal of ownership of his work and
issues that are shared with him. He commands a great understanding
of construction and related contracts, and is organized and diligent

professionally and trust his judgement and ethic.
优秀员工乙 has eagerly sought additional responsibility in the
organization. Since he approached me offering assistance with the
乙项目 program, in late spring, I have delegated portions of
work to him to engage, understand and ultimately own. He has done
this with an intelligent and diligent approach, and continues to be
solely responsible for the delegated scope. He asks the necessary
questions to identify the key issues or factors for a task or
project, follows up immediately with a product of that
understanding, and patiently and intently absorbs and assimilates
feedback and criticism of the draft product. He is currently
completely running the 乙项目 Step 2 process, tracking stop
notices and notices of completion, and active support member of the
overall 乙项目 team, and recently has been assigned to project
management support of the Headquarters and 丙项目 Projects to
infill for 丁同志's departure. He has engaged the latter task with
an attention to detail, quality, user needs and follow through that
has inspired confidence and praise. 优秀员工乙 has every quality of a
high level manager, as well as providing excellent project
management to the client and team along the path of development.
I rely heavily on both 优秀员工甲 and 优秀员工乙, and express my
appreciation for their support and professionalism.
