Think positively 是自欺欺人还是往宽了想？

当然因事而论。每天被美国人洗脑听到这句话，他们就真的这么positive还是装的?
有些事如果可以这样想,也可以那样想.但是这样想越想越气,那样想会感觉好些,是不是要强迫自己想宽些,把人把事往好了想.实际上工作中很多事是没有凭据的,有些只是猜测和假设,虽然50%是真的,但似乎也没必要就很苦恼.
不知大家经验如何.是不是中国人真的不如美国人happy and positive,因为成长的环境和受的教育,和到了美国后的经历.
