回复：同事给你脸色看？

You can not "给脸色看' at workplace. This the part that we will need to learn from American. Men are better than women regarding this. My boss always told me "you have to look happy and cheer up even you don't really feel so. You have to smile even you don't want to smile."
We have to fake our face on those days that we are not that happy!
