Agree, even you maybe rude sometimes.
What you said makes sense. Some people asked questions that they already knew the answer or they maybe just college graduates who has no idea at all. I do see college graduates in my office who do not even know basic dress code. Some kids are on the right career track right away and some kids still behave like they are in school or still like a 5 years old.
