Repect of different opinions is vital to a forum

For example, many a person suggested that in order to improve communication skills, one should write his or her posts in English on this career forum. Apparently this suggestion has fallen on deaf ears since many posters attributed their failure at job-hunting or ship-jumping to poor English but wrote their posts in CHINESE before and after their confession. Some even justified their action by saying that they talk/write too much in English at work! Hello!!!!

But an opinion is a personal perspective of the world. What you hold dear to your heart might not come close to another person's choice of priority. Let it be. I hope that this forum is a big enough place to tolerate comments projected from different angles.
