I don't agree.

The 1st job is very important. If he can find a job now, he can find a job later on. Rather waste time on something unsure, why not wait until Nov, there may be better opportunities.

For the 1st generations, we face different opportunities. A lot of time our goal is to land a job, whatever good or not. But for the kids, they really should choose their future. They have this capability and opportunity.

Pick up the right 1st step in his career is very important.
Don't waste time when he is young.
