What shall I do after 2nd interview?

Last Tuesday afternoon, I went to the 2nd interview. It went very well as the 1st one a week ago. They told me because some people were on vacation, they would contact me this week. So far I haven’t heard anything from them? Shall I call to ask? What shall I say?
