If you already have CPA certificate, you probably don't really need CIA unless you just want to kill some time to add that certificate in your pocket. It is an easy exam (as compared to CPA) and quite cheaper.
It may help if you are into internal audit type of work since financial audit and internal control audit are in a way quite different.
But I don't think it would give you a big pay raise. (The CIA I know did receive a one-time bonus for passing the exam from his company)
