QC made me tired and bored

Whenever something went wrong, they would accuse me for the quality problems. Design Engineers need more communication with the production then we could get better fixtures. We traced 1 of our product for a week ad found out there were at least 1300operation actions to build 1 part. Prodcution people don't know all of the quality control points. If I don't want to continue in quality, everything I do would be entry level again. Time wasted? Where could I study UG跟Catia?
