Above 安心草 has already answered - Security belongs to Basis. Generally speaking, the demand for this skill set isn't high, as most projects are using home-grown ones. If you are interested you can join the Big5 where you are ensured to have no bench time.

GL etc in your question are in FI. Since general SAP market is suffering from economic down-turn, in the near future of 2-3 years, the demand may not be that rosy...
