I offer my hug, too; and now...

With a new job, some ups and downs just come with the territory. Since you really wish to stay on for at least one year, I would suggest that you keep quiet as much as you can, be conscientious and do your work, and let everything else fall as it may.

And you may be surprised. 1) You boss may just not know how to supervise/manage a minority subordinate, and in her clumsy way of trying, she has made things unnecessarily rough on you; give her some more time and she just may find her way. 2) In general, most of our colleagues are clear-eyed, and fair. If your boss continues to treat you unfairly, they will throw their moral support your way. 3) With your examplary attitude and work ethic, you may just win your boss over even if she is predisposed against you.

Bottom line: For now, focus on the positive, and stay uplifted. If the worst comes to pass, as 云河大师/嫂/牛 advised, you can always pack up and leave when you are ready.
