How to quit a job?

Dear DXJM,

I found a new job and need to give our current company two weeks notice.This is the first time I change my job. Would you please tell me how to quit my job and what's the best reason for quitting. Because my current boss is also Chinese and we are getting along very well. I want to keek good relationship. The real reasons that I want to change job are job level is too low and company's finacial situation is not good. We are facing lay off. Thank you very much.
