What? is there anything wrong with cc boss in email?

She asked to be cc'd in every email. What does it have anything to do with my co-workers? I need to make this clear. My boss does not want me to communicate directly with other departments. She loves to take my credits, which I know i shouldn't mind since my credit is hers too.
