accenture is the best among big5

I have worked either as an employee or contractor with 4 out of 5 big consulting firms - the only one not is bearing point). To my best experience and knowledge, accenture is the best among all of those. from training, promotional opportunities, to compensations, they did excellent job.

salary is subjective to individuals, degree, work experience, skill sets, timing, and many more factors are all affecting the results. I'll recommend you to take the job if they offer.
