Anyone know"Daniel Green" in NYC, the immigration specialist

according to my company. They are going to use this "specialist" for my green card petition. I am not sure if he is a lawyer or not. I vistied the law firm's website but can't find much info. He charges 9500 for the whole thing (legal and filing and other). The company will pay it for me now and If i leave volunteerly or been fired, then, I will have to repay the company. Can I agree? I am not sure how good this lawyer is. If you know or ever heard of this lawyer, please let me know. Your help is appreciated.
